Dirt bike/ATV in Rover Creek public input meeting
At the January SaNCA meeting information about the West Kootenay Dirt Bike and ATV Society wanting to put in a crown grant application to occupy an area 2-3KM up Rover Creek for a motor cross track was discussed. Since then this email has been sent out for those wanting more information. Please contact Justin Dexter directly for more information.
Hello,
Due to the volume of inquiries and feedback resulting from the Section 57 application submitted by the West Kootenay Dirt bike and ATV Society to maintain an existing network of trails in the vicinity of Rover Creek I will be holding a public meeting on March 4 at 7 pm at the Taghum Hall. The purpose of this meeting will be to discuss and clarify the intent behind the application, to identify key contacts, and to discuss the legalities of Crown Land usage as it relates to public recreation.
Please spread the word to any and all and I look forward to seeing you on March 4 at 7 pm.
