Columbia Basin Trust Community Conversation “Our Trust or Future”

Hello Shoreacres Residents,

In anticipation of substantially increasing their funds for distribution Columbia Basin Trust has initiated an “Our Trust Our Future” feedback campaign.

I have just spent some time looking into this initiative and filling out the survey.

Here is an excerpt from the site “Columbia Basin Trust wants to work with you over the next year to discover how we might better serve you and your community into the future. We’ll use your input to build plans that will outline how we will take action on the key recommendations and input received from Basin residents. Help shape our role in the Basin!”

One of the things they have done is create a booklet so that people can host their own “Our Trust Our Future” conversations. I thought this might be a great opportunity for residents in Shoreacres to come together and learn more about Columbia Basin Trust and what they have to offer neighbourhoods just like ours.
